1. General
The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Deviating regulations do not apply; We hereby expressly object to such. All additional agreements require written confirmation from us.
2. Order
The range of products offered in the SHO.JA Jewellery online shop is an invitation to the customer to make an offer to purchase to the company SHO.JA Jewellery e.U. (hereinafter "SHO.JA Jewellery") under the conditions stated in the SHO.JA Jewellery online shop. All prices stated are euro amounts and include VAT. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "Checkout" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days. In particular, SHO.JA Jewellery reserves the right not to accept the offer if an item is not available, if you have not paid invoices due to previous deliveries without justification, if your credit card check is not successfully completed or if there are other legitimate doubts about your creditworthiness. If SHO.JA Jewellery is unable to fulfill an order, SHO.JA Jewellery will inform you as quickly as possible. Orders are only accepted for normal household quantities.
A note: the goods displayed on the website were digitally photographed. There may be minor differences between the representation of the goods and reality; Such deviations do not represent a defect in the ordered goods.

3. Delivery and shipping costs
Standard shipping within Austria costs €5.90, shipping to EU costs € depend on the actual rates of the carrier.
Delivery out of territory EU is not provided.
Delivery is usually carried out by Österreichische Post AG, FedEx, DPD, DHL service.
Shipping will be arranged in 2-3 working days, after placing an order. The delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from the order. If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately. However, failure to provide this notice has no consequences for your legal rights.
4. Payment
You can pay for the goods either by instant bank transfer, with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or via PayPal.
If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited upon completion of the order.
If you default on payment, SHO.JA Jewellery is entitled to charge reminder fees and default interest at the legally permissible level and, if necessary, additional processing costs.
SHO.JA Jewellery reserves the right to only allow certain payment methods if the result of the address and credit check is negative.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of (SHO.JA Jewellery) before 100% prepayment.
6. Right of withdrawal
The special provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply to our customers who are consumers. In particular, according to Section 5e KSchG, consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contracts concluded with us via our website with a notice period of 14 days, unless one of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal according to Section 5f KSchG applies. You can access the currently valid version of the KSchG at http://www.ris.gv.at . It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline. The withdrawal period for contracts for the delivery of goods begins on the day they are received by the consumer. In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded in full or in part against the return of the goods received from the customer. If the goods are not returned to us in an unused and resalable condition and in the original packaging, compensation may be requested.

Consequences of resignation
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return the service received to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation. This does not apply to the transfer of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to the inspection - as would have been possible in a store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as your own property and refraining from anything that would impair its value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your declaration of withdrawal or the item, and for us when we receive it.
The consumer bears the costs of return shipping. SHO.JA Jewellery is not responsible for these. The consumer is responsible for the insured shipping of the goods to SHO.JA Jewellery, Max-Kislinger-Weg 6/4, 4910 Ried im Innkreis, Austria.
7. Data protection & creditor protection

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email.

9. Miscellaneous
Austrian law applies to all contracts and agreements between the customer and SHO.JA Jewellery, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Ried im Innkreis or the place of jurisdiction provided for by statutory provisions.
